Hi. After changing the GTT language to english in personnel information and scheduling a test training. the URL to participants for registration links to a web page in german language. Also the confirmation mail after registration was send in german language to participants. How to change the web site language and the confirmation mail into english language? Thanks a lot.
@WilfriedEvers This effect can sometimes happen when copying a previously scheduled event template. If the training was scheduled from scratch, and the language is set to English, then all communications should be in English as well. In this case, we'd like to create a case through Customer Support in order to investigate the root cause of the failure.
