Help needed with the GoToTraining API

training/start API is throwing 409 conflict but the same is not documented as part of the HTTP status code in the API documentation. We faced an issue in production because of the poor docuemtation. And this is does not happen with GTM API.

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Host url is providing the organizer access in desktop APP.

If i generate a hostUrl for a training and pass it on to any user, he is getting entire access as an organizer. This is neither expected nor documented anywhere. Is there any other way to avoid this.

gototraining unregister API error

 

I am getting the following error when calling unregister API.

 

{"errorCode":"InternalError","description":"We have encountered an internal error.","incident":710658735949640960}

 

This has been working fine for months, then suddently this error.  Any hint or pointer to find out what this incident number is? Thanks
