Meeting Recordings and Adobe Flash

So a 2-part question here...does any meeting recording we have previously saved contain Flash and if so, will we have to open the file in something like Adobe Premiere to strip out the Flash component for future views? And second question, after 12/31, will future recordings contain Flash?

@VRLDO  Your recordings will be in MP4 format once the conversion completes.  This has no association with Flash, which is only related to certain web browser functionality.
