Anyone can install and use the GoTo App, even attendees without their own account.
Since the software is installed when you host or join a session we do not have a typical install link, but you can use the Download buttons on this page to go through the join process and install the softwar....
Okay, I found it in my Start menu. Generally, I'm used to starting through my saved bookmark in Google.
One question, does this button need to be enabled each session?
@galmind Okay great. Once you enable automatic downloading it will be remembered for all future GoTo Training sessions.
@GlennD - can this auto-save chat feature be enabled on the browser version? We have an unresolved bug that causes one of our instructor's mouse not to display when presenting. Your support team hasn't figured out how to fix it and has to use the browser version. There is an option to download the chats, but every session requires manual action. This would be resolved if the same toggle option could be added to the browser version. Thank you
