Once a payment has been charged to pay for a training, the system automatically reverses the payment. This has been a error happening for every payment since October 2019. I have spent hours on hold with PayPal to try to resolve but they are now saying it is an issue with GoToTraining and the billing connection.
I have seen some very rare Paypal conflicts in the past, but nothing like the one you describe. If you are able to test this failure on demand with newly scheduled training sessions, then you should call directly into Customer Support in order to privately document your account history and billing details.
