Some trainees report to us that they do not have access to sound settings. Audio panel is empty, there is no possibility to test the sound. Of course they can't hear the sound either. Any solutions piece of advice?
@statsofttd Do you know anything about the affected attendee devices?
Do you also have telephone enabled for these GoToTraining broadcasts? If so, then the info should be within the email reminders if it is missing from the endpoint application.
I'm not aware of any known issues that block sound in Chrome-- unless the attendee fails to grant permission to the Chrome application regarding GoToMeeting's attempt to send and receive audio input.
