We pulled a report from a webinar yesterday and there were two rows of data with registration time stamps and session time info, but the first and last name fields are blank. Since we don't know who they are we can't ask them how they joined the webinar (by desktop computer, dial in by phone, GTT phone app). Has anyone else experienced this?
