The GoToWebinar registration form solution is really a pain in the arse.
Why, in 2020, do you not have options for checkboxes and radio-buttons in your registration forms?
If I want a customer to choose (as many or few as they like) among 10 options, how am I going to solve this with only drop-down menus??? Drop-down also hides important information and makes it hard for many users to select.
We are a customer (3 concurrent GTW licenses + GTM Corporate) for many years, and this really bugs us.
Hope you can fix this. It is a shame that your registration form is so weak and obsolete. For a business, it is of utmost importance to get detailed data from our customers joining our webinars, and with your solution (with 10 drop-down menus), we scare them away...
