Custom Disclaimer field in Registration Report

Hello,

In order to comply with GDPR, we need to be able to prove that the custom disclaimer used during registration was active when they registered.  When I look at the "Past Webinars" tab and go into an old webinar, it's possible to still toggle the custom disclaimer on or off.  There does not seem to be any way of confirming that when a person registered for the webinar, that they opted in to the custom disclaimer (as it's not possible to prove it was activated when they clicked "Register").

It would be great to have this included in a report, where it shows whether a person registered for a webinar with the custom disclaimer toggled on, and what the text is that they agreed to.

@Dan86  For the time being you could create a custom registration question that requires a Yes/No answer, which will be recorded in the Attendee report.

@AshC  thanks for your feedback. I don't like to use custom registration questions because of the text that automatically displays: "Unless making a secure payment with your credit or debit card via a third-party payment processor, this form is not designed to collect confidential or sensitive personal information (e.g., financial information, social security numbers)."

We've used custom questions before and we get more questions about this statement because as many people don't read it fully, or understand it, so as soon as people see the words credit or debit card, they abandon the registration, or want to double check we're not taking a payment at some point.
