Email Supplementare invio registrazione

Follow -up email to send registration 

If you set the sending of the Supplementary Email 1 hour after the end of the Webinar, with the recording video attached, the user will receive an email after 1 hour with the subject "Send Webinar Registration xxx".

The text of the email says "We are sorry that you were unable to participate in the webinar.
The Webinar Recording is however available to you for consultation at the link indicated ".

The problem is that after 1 hour there is no link attached, as the platform needs (for long webinars) more time to process it.

I suggest two options:

1) Do not give the option to attach the VIDEO if you choose to send the additional email 1 hour later.

2) In the additional email sent 1 hour later, change the text to something like this: "We are sorry that you were unable to participate in the webinar. The Webinar Recording will be available for consultation at the link indicated within xxx hours. And enter the link".

In fact, it has happened to us in several cases that following the additional email received we received hundreds of emails from people who did not receive the link which we then had to send manually with a separate email.

Se si imposta l'invio della Email Supplementare 1 ora dopo la fine del Webinar, con allegato il Video di registrazione, l'utente riceve dopo 1 ora una mail con oggetto "Invio Registrazione Webinar xxx".

Nel testo della mail è scritto "Ci dispiace che Tu non abbia potuto partecipare al webinar.
La Registrazione del Webinar è comunque a Tua disposizione per la consultazione al link indicato ".

Il problema è che dopo 1 ora non c'è alcun link allegato, poichè la piattaforma necessita (per webinar lunghi) di più tempo per elaborarlo.

Suggerisco due opzioni:

1) Non dare la possibilità di allegare il VIDEO se si sceglie di inviare la mail supplementare 1 ora dopo.

2) Nella mail supplementare inviata 1 ora dopo cambiare il testo in qualcosa di questo tipo "Ci dispiace che Tu non abbia potuto partecipare al webinar. La Registrazione del Webinar sarà  a Tua disposizione per la consultazione al link indicato entro xxx ore . Ed inserire il link".

A noi è successo infatti in più casi che a seguito della mail supplementare ricevuta abbiamo ricevuto centinaia di email di persone che non hanno ricevuto il link che abbiamo poi dovuto inviare manualmente con mail a parte.

@Chiara75 Ciao, grazie per aver condiviso la tua idea. Puoi modificare la durata dell'e-mail supplementare, quindi se sai che si tratta di un webinar più lungo puoi modificare la durata da 1 ora a 1 giorno dopo.
