Able to track if someone opened a Registration mail for a Webinar?

Is there a possibility to see if someone opend a registration mail for a webinar?

I can see here that https://support.goto.com/webinar can be shown, but where?

Is this an email you sent to potential Attendees with a link to the webinar registration page?  If so, your email tool might be able to see if someone opens an email.
