Account contact

Who do we contact if our account manager hasn't responded to emails in over two months? We upgraded one of our accounts but have never gotten the licensing link and have other questions we need assistance with.

 

If anyone has any suggestions, they would be much appreciated.

I was told that number was only for technical support, not account support. I will try to reach someone there for assistance.
