Attendees cannot hear audio when playing videos uploaded on session.

Attendees could hear clearly when I was speaking, however, they could not hear anything when I started videos uploaded before webinar had started. After video finished, they could hear my voice again and I started next video, they could not hear again (not my voice) the audio from video. Would someone please help to fix this problem?

The audio from the uploaded videos is heard only through computer speakers.  If the Attendee is using the phone for the audio part of the webinar, they will not hear the video audio.

Thank you for the reply, however, both attendees who were not able to hear the video were using computer. And the other attendee who were able to hear the video was using phone. I don't think this problem related to the machine what they use.
