Attendees in Standard Report

Hi,

Does anybody know why the Standard report shows two different number of attendees? It states there were 511, but in the "Number of Attendees in Session" curve, it reflects only 482, even once the curve data is downloaded in an Excell file. There were only 4 people connected as organizers (staff), so that is not the reason.

Hi Mariana,

When viewing the Attendee report for that webinar, do you notice any duplicate entries, where an Attendee may have switched devices mid-broadcast, or shared their join link with others?

OK, if you see a trend where your Attendee reports are not accurate, then we may want to file a case with Customer Support in order to investigate the webinar itself.  Let us know how it goes.
