Attendees names are not appearing on the attendee list in session

I am currently in session and the attendees names were appearing and now they've disappeared.  The staff names are showing though.

Any ideas what's going on?  I've tried turning the attendee list off and on for my screen and the audience.

@mtretina  I'm sorry to hear about this failure.  There's no good reason the Attendee list would disappear while you were in session. 

 

Turning the Attendee List on/off would not affect the Organizer's viewpoint, though I am curious to know if you're able to reproduce this issue in a newly scheduled webinar.  Are you able to recreate the problem now?

I just encountered this today. 20 attendees…suddenly the list disappeared. It still shows there are 20 attendees. Windows 11 on an HP Envy laptop, using 1GB Cat5 connection.

Were you the organizer or attendee? Is it possible the list was hidden from you? 

 

Has this behavior happened before?
