Please my attendees are unable to view my event. It showing blank. What do I do

Were you sharing your screen, webcam, both, or something else?

Did you Start the Broadcast?

Could the Attendees hear you or the presenter?

Is this a regular webinar?

It a scheduled recorded event.

I have had a few that worked, but suddenly the last three schedule recorded webinar displayed blank screen to my attendees.

@Onome  Are you using the same recording for the problem events, or a new one?

Did you edit the recording in any way after it was saved originally?
