I can't believe I don't know the answer to this question and can't find it in support or on the forums: An attendee reports she the recording "does not work" on her "phone.' The devil is in the details as to what "does not work" and "phone" mean, but in general should the webinar recordings work on mobile devices? Does the user need the app to view recordings? Which devices (if any) are recording compliant?

Mobile devices should be able to stream GoToWebinar recordings without issue. I don't have a list of devices compatible, as there are too many to mention here. Suffice it to say that the stream will play in their mobile web browser, so if they're using an outdated browser version this can cause a conflict.
