I have windows, on Chrome analytics is still not loading, it works fine on Internet Explorer.

Thank you for providing so much detail, the team is trying to identify the cause of this issue currently and if it is account specific.

 

I can tell you that we have had a few customers that are not named Chris report this also, so there is no agenda there.

Now it is not loading on my Windows Edge.

I just refreshed the Chrome browser on Mac and it is spinning now.

Hi @Chris Droessler @Chris251  could you please do the following?

 

  • Press F12 and select the Console in your web browser
  • Sign in to your GoToWebinar account and try to access the Analytics again
  • Take a screenshot that includes the Console view and then Private Message it to me (click on my profile to see the messaging option)
