I think you can do this through the GoTo API, but I have never.
@adolfest Besides developing your own integration there are some third party providers that can also assist you if needed: https://www.gotomeeting.com/integration-marketplace
This is proving very problamatic for us.
With Zoom - we can have all attendees join using the same link if we need to.
I know I can import the attendees in a round about way using Zapier... but this is not the same thing.
Since you have found a virtual meeting tool that does what you want, why not just use that?
@craigry For several security reasons there are no plans to change the GoToWebinar registration behavior at this time.
Can I import a list of contacts (registrants) from an Excel or CSV file into the registration area and then send automated Emails to them? ... In other words, attendees will be registering for an event by a third party. Can I take that list and import it directly into GTW?
You can't through GoToWebinar, but Zapier offers an API for that purpose. Check out Zapier.com.
Hi Fran,
I just took a very fast look and it looks interesting. Are you thinking that Zapier would automatically be able to populate the regisrants (and their contact info) from the 3rd party registration platform directly into a GoToWebinaw event list automatically?
Thanks!
I do not use the Zap myself, but yes, Zapier offers a Zap for that purpose. Zapier is a company that builds connnections between hundreds of different products and processes. They have A LOT of different Zaps for GoToWebinar. You would have to to the research on their site. Good luck.
