Re: Bypassing the GoToWebinar Registration Page

Hi there, you can edit the questions associated with a webinar registration form from your account page at gotowebinar.com. Click edit next to the webinar in question, scroll down to the Registration Settings section, and click edit to the right. Here, you will be able to adjust the questions on the form.

manually adding contacts and questions

Hi can you confirm the following:

can we manually add a list of already subscribed clients without them having to resubscribe? as we are switching from webinar jam to you

If we sign up for the 100 people plan once we hit 100 does it then automatically roll over to the higher package - i.e. 500 users?

Do you have autoresponders that we can set up and customise ?

thanks

Re: manually adding contacts and questions

Hi Maureen,

We have a few integrations available that you can use to import existing registrations into a new webinar, such as: http://support.citrixonline.com/en_US/webinar/help_files/G2W160004

Our plans do not automatically roll over once you have more registrations than attendee seats, you would need to login before you start your webinar and upgrade to the next desired plan. As long as you do it 10 - 15 minutes before you actually start the scheduled webinar, the new attendee limit will take effect.

I'm not exactly sure how you would use auto responders, we send confirmation, reminder and a follow-up email which can have additional text added to them: http://support.citrixonline.com/en_US/webinar/help_files/G2W020004#Email

Re: Upload a List of Registrants?

Glenn Dobson Any update on when this will be available? a CSV or excel upload feature would be super helpful.

Re: Upload a List of Registrants?

Hi Elizabeth, this Zapier integration allows you to do this via Google Docs: https://support.logmeininc.com/gotowebinar/help/add-new-gotowebinar-registrants-from-a-google-sheets...  We do not have a built in feature that allows this currently.

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Can you set up a webinar with audio only and be able to send all attendees dial-i....

We are hosting a company webinar on Thursday and need go-to-webinar to provide log-in information for everyone on the call.  However, we're not showing any video or using any chat functionality.  Can we provide a phone number to everyone without their registering individually?

Re: Bypassing the GoToWebinar Registration Page

Hi Kata, you can provide the phone number and access code to attendees you want to have only dial-in, but you won't be able to manage these attendees or identify them.

manually add attendees to webinar

I ran a facebook ad to gotowebinar. For some reason, several attendees were not added to the webinar registration but were added to my email list.

How can I manually add them into the webinar attendee list?

Thanks

Re: manually add attendees to webinar

Hi Dotty,

Can you please provide more details about your registration process, are you using an integration so that attendees are added to both at the same time?

Re: manually add attendees to webinar

I'm just wondering how to manually add people to my webinar?

A facebook ad brought people to my leadpages ad which by opting in, would add them to my webinar registration and my email list. For some reason, only some of the people were added into the webinar but all were added into my emai llist.

I now want to add the rest into the webinar.
