Cannot receive email verification code, cannot access invoice history

Hi, because the email support was canceled and the phone is not suitable for us, we are forced to get support in this stupid way.
We can not sign in to the admin center because a verification code is required. This email is not delivered. We have repeatedly inspected our firewall log and there is no record of it being passed or rejected. So this feature probably does not work for us.
When we bypass this security feature through password reset, which automatically logs us in (?!, so this ), we cannot view invoice history.

This situation has been repeated for about a month and a half.

@itcyrruscz  I understand your concerns.  The account access security measures to confirm suspicious locations was put in place on all accounts and cannot be disabled. 

 

If you have attempted to send the security email but failed to receive it, you may click on my Community name here to send a private message confirming the problem email address.  In these circumstances it is possible your email provider is blocking all communication attempts, in which case we would stop sending those emails as a rule to avoid additional spam triggers.

We are also having this problem...and have been for almost two months!

 

This happens to our users all over the the world.  There is no rhyme or reason as to why or when it will happen.   It's seemingly random.    It's making it VERY difficult for us to do business.

This is still not working for us.    It seems to work find in the "middle of the night" before 8am Mountain time....but is only sporadic throughout the daytime.   And....we've found that it's more reliable when using the app instead of the website.   This thing is RIDICULOUS.

@itcyrruscz  Access to the Invoice History should be resolved in the coming days.  We have a separate Community thread for this issue as we work to resolve.

@sn77339 If you're having issues receiving a verification code, please refer to the solutions listed regarding Risk Based Authentication.  If you have a static location that continues to raise the risk assessment threat, Customer Support can help you whitelist that IP address.

@sn77339  I'm a little confused by that case--- was this for LMI Pro or GoToWebinar?
