Different reply to address

Emails sent after registration from my registered email ID. So users are replying to the same for any query, error reporting and feedback. It is not possible to handle such mails. We have a separate department to handle such mails. But we need to setup a different reply to address.

 Is it possible to set up a different reply to address? If yes how we can do that?

And if not possible, what are the alternatives?

@nitinzadpe  You are allowed to set up a custom reply-to email address on every different GoToWebinar you schedule.  This is done in the EMAILS category when customizing the webinar schedule online, under the heading REPLY-TO.

Can I add more than 1 reply-to email address once the webinar is created?

Hi @clopez, welcome to the Community. At this time you can only have 1 reply to email address when the webinar is created.
