Re: GDPR compliance

so, as I cannot know what records older than a year are stored at your end I cannot request deletion of them

But what I wonder: can I request a deletion of all existing records at your end, that are older than one year?
And that request raised once and in place forever (if not cancelled from my end)?

Re: GDPR compliance

Dear all,

i have the same requirement as MRS_IT.  If the participant wishes, we are obliged to delete his data.  After three years after the question was asked, is there a option in GoToWebinar to delete the data of the participants of our webinars? Otherwise we cannot use the product anymore.

Thanks and best regards

Re: GDPR compliance

@Shirikawa  Attendee data is automatically stored for 1 year after each webinar ends.  You may request permanent deletion only through contacting Customer Support directly.

Re: GDPR compliance

Hi, thanks for your response! Just to clarify, Attendee data is stored automatically for 1 year. After that 1 year the data will be deleted automatically? Or do i have to still contact Customer Support to delete the data?

Thanks and best regards!

Re: GDPR compliance

Can we use the registrant list info (email, first and last name) to add it to the company's emailing lists?

Re: GDPR compliance

@mpedrozok  You have full access to registration info, which expires after 1 year post-broadcast.
