Hi Team,
we have some issues with joining different webinar sessions. Maybe some of you have some ideas what could be the issue.
We check the Network Firewalll, die Websites and the Program itself is excepted. Alle Firewall Ports where opened temporary for the test. The Antivirus client was deactived for the test.
The join to the lobby works, but as soon as the Webinar started the Session breaks with an error:
"The connection failed. Please check your Internetconnection and try again"
We would be grateful about some suggestions!

This issue is invariably caused by a local block on GoTo connections. Also, when you 'disable' a security center temporarily it often does not stop the previous rules from affecting the same access points. Can you specify what firewalls etc. are in place there?
Are there any alternate networks you can test with if this is a networked firewall?
