We hosted a webinar this morning and the only audio that was recorded was mine (the local organizer) - none of the remote presenters/panelists audio was recorded. The audio sounded fine during the presentation to the attendees.
I contacted tech support and they told me this was a known issue they were attempting to resolve "by the end of the week". Unfortunately, we have other webinars scheduled that I would like to be able to record. Has anyone else experienced this problem? If you did, did you figure out a workaround?
