I paid 04 licenses and I only have 03 licenses activated

Hi everyone. Your help please, I can't find an email for support, nor chat. How can I contact gotowebinar customer service to make my claim.

today February 28, 2020 make three payments the first for a license, the other for another license, there are even two licenses, and the third we buy two licenses, in total 04 licenses.

in conclusion It was paid for 04 licenses but license appears in use 3/3
