What is my recourse if I think the attendee report is inaccurate?
I have a participant who received their registration confirmation, and used that link to log-in, but the report states they were not present for any portion of the webinar. Zero minutes.
They are due a certificate of attendance, so validating their attendance is crucial.
Another participant attended (and the report confirms it) but still received the absentee follow-up email.
What's going on?
Did you verify that either of those people did not register twice? I have had instances where they register using a work email and later a personal email. They only use one to join the webinar.
@DeskNinja I don't have a good explanation for why the Attendee report would show a successful join / participation for someone who also received an Absentee Followup email. In this case we'd want to file a case with Customer Support, showing the email sent to that attendee. If you can gather this evidence then we can probably escalate the issue up to engineering for further review.
