What's the point of paying the fees of go to webinar if there's no one to respond?
The good news... the time to spin up a new account or change my credit card was less than 10 minutes.
I apologize for the delays. we are experiencing extremely high usage and support rates for LogMeIn services due to the recent global events. If you need to speak with someone directly, you migth try calling back later in the evening to avoid the prime usage hours in North America.
