Hello! We've got lots of mac users as panelists that just cannot get the webcams to work. I send them the instructions for https://support.goto.com/meeting/help/why-cant-i-access-the-microphone-share-my-camera-or-share-my-s... and their microphone works, but they cannot get their camera to approve their app. I even got support on the phone with them, and they basically said to ask her own IT people for help.
Does anyone know of any workarounds for this?
If they set the permissions for the microphone and camera (two different operations) in the System preferences, restart their computer, and it still does not work, then maybe a corporate firewall is blocking webcams.
