Missing recording after Practice Mode

Hi all,

 

During the Practice Mode an organizer accidentally clicked on "Start recording", and stopped a few seconds later.

When we started the session ("Start Broadcast") auto-record was enabled. The red dot and "The sessione is being recorded" appeared.

 

In our Video Library there's only one video: the few seconds recorded during the Practice Mode. ☹️

 

Has anyone experienced the same issue?

@SoniaDW  I'm sorry about the failure there. 

 

Although I haven't seen this problem occur previously, the pre-session recording attempt may have confused the automatic recording commands by the GoToWebinar system.  If the recording file did not save to your local hard drive, then Customer Support may be able to shed some light on the recording location or reason for failure.
