We've hosted a webinar and attached the recording to the automated follow-up e-mails to both attendees and absentees. When I now download a recording report of the webinar I see a lot of multiple entries of the same people at exactly the same time.
For example: John Doe is registered to have watched the recording 3 times at exactly the same time (Tue 2 March 2021, 09:47 CET). And this is not just a single person, it's more common for every person to be registered 2/3 times than a person that is only mentioned 1 time.
What makes all these people appear in the recording report multiple times with exactly the same time stamp?
