We got irregular demand on webinars and would like to know if we subscribe the monthly plan each time, disabling the auto revew function, will all our past record and setting lost if we reactivate the same account months later after expire? We would like to subscribe the platform only during months we got online webinar using the same login.

Your GoToWebinar Reports will be available for 1 year after each broadcast, no matter what the status of your account is currently. You can disable your subscription as needed, and the entire account history will be preserved, however attendees cannot register for any upcoming scheduled webinars until the account is re-activated.
