We have a 4 hour webinar and have a speaker who is ONLY calling in for a portion of it. In all of our testing, there is no way to mute her - nor to really see her (since he's not using the web) and her phone line comes in ON. Is there any way to control this?
No. If a Panelist connects to the webinar using only the telephone, using the phone number and Panelist Access Code, then the Organizer does not have any control over that Panelist.
GoTo has mentioned they are working on at least having the phone callers show up in the Attendee and Staff lists within the webinar. That might give us some amount of control.
