Participants completing polls

We have been getting feedback from a few participants saying they cannot submit their poll answers. We are not sure what to tell them

[UPDATE]  This issue is fully resolved in the 10.10 version of GoToWebinar.

 

 The conflict with GoToWebinar Polls where Attendees cannot answer polling questions when in Full Screen Mode is being worked on currently. 

 

For the time being, Attendees may toggle viewing modes whenever the Poll seems locked.  We'll update this thread when the issue is resolved.

Participants cannot answer poll questions

We run several webinars a day using a GoToWebinar Pro plan and when we have a poll up, several participants have said they are unable to select a choice, so they respond through the questions pod.

 

Is there something I can tell them or look for in resolving this issue?

You could ask what computer operating system they were using.

Were they using the GoTo App or using the Instant Join through a web browser?

When was the last time they restarted their computer?

Have they checked to see if their computer has the latest video drivers?

Thanks for the quick reply. Here are the answers to your questions:

 

Windows 10 is their OS.

They are using the GoTo App.

Laptop was shut down, booted this morning.

Unsure if using latest video drivers.

Some attendees could see poll but could not vote

Held a test webinar the other day and a few of the attendees could see the poll I presented but could not vote.

Polls doesn't work properly

Hello

We have just realized if attendees has the gotowebinar screen maximized, they cannot answer the polls.

Last week, one person comment us about this problem, and today we have just checked by ourselves and correct, you cannot answer Smiley Sad and it's weird.

Anyone who can help us?

Are you able to determine if the attendees affected by Polling failures are connected via web browser, desktop application or mobile app?

Can you specify what operating system versions you've tried this with, as well as your GoToWebinar version so that we may replicate it here?
