Is there a way to have GoToWebinar call phone numbers or to have phone numbers recognized? We have some technically challenged attendees (no computer or phone applications) that we need to be able to recognize and unmute.
There is not an automatic way to do this with regular attendees, but since you know who they are in advance you could always invite them to the webinar as Panelists, that way they are unmuted by default.
