Playing a video during a live webinar

During the webinar, I played two videos that were pre-added to the session via the 'engage your attendees' area.
I got feedback from attendees that some saw a black window while I played the videos and some had a really long delay every time we switched from a video to the presentation. Others were able to see and hear the videos with no problems.
I also noticed that the two videos didn't capture in the desktop recording.
What could cause these problems?
Thanks

Re: Playing a video during a live webinar

Not all Mp4 videos are created equal.  In fact there are many variations to the standard that will not work in GoTo.

I have found a setting in Apple Compressor that will take any video I throw at it to make it a Mp4 file that will play nice with GoTo.

Every video I play within a GoToWebinar will go through this Compressor before I upload it to GoTo.

Find a video converter and test it out to find a setting that works for you.

Thanks for the comment.
How do you check if the video is working?
The two videos that I uploaded seems to be working fine but apparently, not to everyone.

What are the settings that work for you?

Thanks!
