@ISIwebmaster There should be no issue with Stripe that I'm aware of, though there was a recent announcement that they were suspending service to certain political party organizers. I'm afraid I cannot comment more on that situation, but we are still fully integrated and operational within GoToWebinar.
I get the same message when adding a code. The payment method fields disappear and if I submit, I get that same error.
@lmach Are you able to test an alternate web browser or clear the local cache and reboot the affected computer?
