Recorded Webinar goes dark on iphone / iPad

I am having an issue with a recorded webinar. On a laptop it displays fine when it plays, but on my iPhone and iPad, the screen randomly goes dark for a couple seconds about every 10 seconds or so. This goes on the entire webinar. See the attached screen shot from my iPhone for an example.

I'm sorry, that was not the intended iOS behavior.

We are aware of this and plan to improve the experience in the near future.  As soon as we have more information about these updates we will share them with the Community at large.
