Even when choosing not to save the recording to my computer, GTW does it anyway. WHY?
- Settings - Saving & Sharing - Save Recordings to Video Library. (I choose this option)
Everytime my diskspace is full after a webinar, it's quite annoying. Please help!
@ISIwebmaster The only reason you would end up with a local recording file when that cloud setting has been made in your account is when there's a connection problem with GoTo servers. Can you run a test from a different network or device to rule this out?
