In my GoToWebinar account, my "Sample Webinar" has Language.EN-GB however this is not a standard option, and on any other webinars I set up I can only pick English...which of course is American English.
There is no way for me to input a code, so how can I select real English for my UK audience?
I'm afraid there only one standard 'English' option when scheduling GoToWebinar at this time. If you can give us some specific areas where this can be improved, then I'm sure we can consider the use case for later development.
