Staff Sessions

During Broadcast, it is necessary for us to pause the broadcast and confer with the staff without the attendees.

How can we accomplish this. (Executive Sessions)

You can text amongst the staff, but there is not a way to pause the webinar and talk to the staff.

You could move the staff to a GoToMeeting, and then all come back to the GoToWebinar.

You would have to Organize the GoToMeeting on a separate computer than the one you are Organizing the GoToWebinar.

Chris offered a great solution.  I set up a group text for every webinar.  Yes, you can talk to staff only but sometimes the presenter is so focused on their presentation or they are not in the event but reading their email.  Then, I found a group text to be a great communication option. Test it before you go live on your webinar.
