Start-Button for Polls is not able to be pressed

I startet some webinars, but since 2-3 days the start-button is not able to be pressed. I can chose the poll. The button is grey

What can I do?

Were you also screen sharing at the time you intended to open the Polling Questions?

But I have the problem only on my company computer. With my private computer I can press the button.

OK, what operating system is the problem PC running, and have you already performed a full re-install of GoToMeeting there?
