We just held our first webinar, and many of our attendees were stuck in "waiting for the host to begin the webinar" well after we began the broadcast. Eventually, we had to send out a new link to everyone--any ideas why this could have happened? Workarounds for the future?

Did you do anything to troubleshoot the webinar yourself, like end it completely and relaunch it to see if the registrants could join then?
Do you recall if you were in Practice mode or if you and the staff were sitting in the hallway for a long period of time before you started the live broadcast?
