I am based in kuwait. I need to subscribe for a monthly license. different regions have different pricing. can i pick any region for subscribing

You may choose different locations, however your physical IP may block your access to that pricing.  The default for regions without local currency options is USD.

They do not have Kuwait in their list of regions. So which region do i select? Also I would like to buy the standard package which is only available for USA. Not sure how to proceed from here. Please help! Thank you.
