Our subscription plan has expired, but we need to get back the video recordings in the Video Library.
Is there any solution to get them back?
Due to the company combination, we would like to stop our existing subscription, and use another account to subscribe new GoToWebinar annual plan.
Could you please let me know how can we get back the video recordings?
Or is there any account transition method that we can use another account and keep our existing videos?
