Switching to annual plan

Hi, we tried switching to annual plan (from monthly) yesterday and used a new credit card. Nothing has happened yet and when I try to switch again I get a message saying the account is being processed and no action can be taken at the moment. How long does it take to switch? the monthly plan expired 3 days ago so I'm worried the account will go inactive and we have an upcoming webinar next week.

The sales department does not hang out here.  Call GoTo at 1 800 514 1317

Hi @LinaA ,

Your GoTo account data will remain intact regardless of the current status.  If you haven't seen any changes to the subscription activation by now, you will want to call directly into customer support for assistance.
