Temporary recordings

We recently switched our classical trainings to live webinars.
Now that there is no real interaction with the crowd, we are thinking about offering the recording for 2 weeks after following a training.
In other words someone registers for an online training then he can automatically get access to a recording for 2 weeks.

Is this possible?
Is this possible with many manual labor in between?

If so how can this we done?

Re: Temporary recordings

Set up your webinar so the recording is automatically tied to the webinar. This is the normal setting, so you should test to see if you are set up this way.  This allows anyone who misses the webinar to use the same registration link to view the recording.

You can include the link to the recording in the webinar followup email.  There are two followup emails, one for attendees and one for absentees, so the message, as well as the recording can be the same or different for both.

That way someone who registers for the webinar, whether they attended or not, can see the recording.

Additionally anyone who registers for the webinar after the end of the webinar will automatically access the recording.

If you want only two weeks access to the recording, you would have to go in after two weeks and either disconnect the recording from the webinar, or just delete the recording .

There is flexibility to adjust all of these parameters.
