Unmute all does not work with Mobile App Users in GotoWebinar

We have a major issue where students are not able to unmute themselves even when the organizer has unmuted all. This is observed in gotowebinar mobile App. 

The workaround is to unmute each user one by one. This is such a pain, we have at least 200+ students attend the webinar and mostly 40% of them are mobile users, and its not practical to have someone unmuting students one by one. 

We raised a ticket with Developer Support and they have asked us to raise the concern here. 

Can we get a timeline on when this can be fixed? Delay in resolution may force us to move out to other vendors. 

Please help.

Can we know on when the fix will be in place. We trust you and with this we have upgraded ourselves with more accounts but if we do not have any timelines then we may have to back out. So do let us know on when we would get the fix.

I do not currently have an ETA, though it is being worked on.

We're facing this problem too, a year later.


Is this still being worked on?
