Yesterday and today, both myself and another user at my organization have received the error "Something went wrong. Please try again." when we try to upload a Logo image to a GoToWebinar event. The image is 400x200 and under 100kb in size - and it's an image that has worked in the past without issue. Any ideas what might be going wrong?

.jpg worked for me today too, which is great! But I know that in the future, I will regularly still need to use .png files (and the platform still lists that as an accepted file format), so I've removed the suggestion to upload .jpg as the solution to this issue.
Hello, same problem here. I tried to upload different images in different sizes and formats (jpg, jpeg, png) and in different browsers (Internet Explorer, Edge). Nothing has worked so far, the image does not appear in the registration form.
Other colleagues in my company have had the same problem this week. Are there any other suggestions we could try? Thanks for your help!
@Verena Sorry, I'm not aware of any ongoing issues uploading images to webinars currently.
Are these all images that you've successfully used in the past?
Have you been able to test the upload from a different network connection?
