Hi all,
I created a GTW event for next week. The problem - when I scroll down to "engage attendees" to add videos for the webinar, it's grey with a lock icon.
When I click on it, I get a message saying I need to upgrade my plan. I'm currently on the standard plan, and it clearly shows video sharing is an included feature.
Any ideas why I'm unable to execute this video sharing feature as part of my standard subscription?
@MichaelWolff1 If this is your first time attempting to add videos to a scheduled webinar, please call into Customer Support in order to have your account features adjusted. It may be the case that you were a member of a previousl webinar plan where feature sets were different than the current offerings.
